Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper function of the community facilities. You will supervise staff, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with contractors to support a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, and strong organizational skills in a senior living setting.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of accredited maintenance training program may substitute for experience.
• Applicable state license(s) as required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.

Mansioni

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping personnel as needed.
• Maintain interior areas to high cleanliness standards, including carpets and floors.
• Maintain grounds and exterior building upkeep in coordination with landscaping and waste services.
• Implement and document preventative maintenance for the building and equipment.
• Prepare and refurbish apartments for resident move-ins, including painting and flooring work.
• Maintain fire safety records and SDS catalog; ensure regulatory compliance.
