Aufgaben

• Supervises, coordinates, and performs maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs and ensures compliance with policy.
• Oversees housekeeping/maintenance staff and contractors as applicable.
• Inspects HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems for reliability.
• Responds to on-call emergencies and manages work orders within 24 hours.
