You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams, driving preventive maintenance programs and cost-efficient operations.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, HVAC, electrical and plumbing know-how, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years college/trade education preferred in environmental services or maintenance.
• 5+ years in maintenance/facilities management in healthcare or senior living recommended.
• Strong knowledge of safety codes and mechanical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Oversee preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Manage department budget and equipment replacement planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety policies are followed.
