Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of a senior living community, overseeing buildings, grounds, security and all mechanical systems. You will manage housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and a preventative maintenance program, while developing vendor relationships and controlling budgets.

The role requires four years in maintenance supervision, HVAC experience, and a solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing and emergency systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical degree in a related field.
• Four years maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing and related repair.
• Experience with electrical systems, fire panels, emergency response systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy.
• Oversees campus operation to high construction standards.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Inspects apartments prior to occupancy.
• May handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Implements preventative maintenance program and work orders.
• Leads overall housekeeping/laundry operations per laws.
• Reviews monthly financials and action plans for deficiencies.
• Projects and submits monthly expenses and budget data.
• Schedules team members per guidelines.
• Ensures vehicles are maintained and safe to operate.
• Oversees safe passenger transport to destinations as scheduled.
