Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the community. You will perform building repairs, preventive maintenance, and grounds care, while supporting residents during move-ins and move-outs and ensuring readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

Maintenance of building structures and grounds per policy.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and supervise contractor work when needed.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
Conduct preventive maintenance following policy, procedure, and TELs program.
Assist residents with move-ins/move-outs and setup to ensure comfort.
Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems or supervise contractors.
Maintain safety, fire drills, and emergency readiness per state regulations.
Repaint and repair as needed to keep interiors and exteriors attractive and safe.
Maintain and organize maintenance binders and emergency kits.
Respond to on-call emergencies outside regular hours.
