Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct clinical care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will support residents’ health, well-being, and quality of life, following nursing standards and state regulations.

Compensation is $32.00 per hour with additional evening and night shift differentials. We offer comprehensive benefits, education assistance, 401k match, and growth opportunities as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, delivering person-centered care across physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and document residents’ clinical status in the EMR; notify provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely per orders.
• Participate in resident outcome meetings and care reviews.
• Respond to residents and families promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to clinical indicators reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Additional duties as assigned by the RN leadership.
