Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will deliver nursing services within the neighborhood, adhering to standards of practice and Erickson policies.

Compensation includes $32.00 per hour with shift differentials for Evening and Night shifts, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth within the Erickson Senior Living

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify provider when needed.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes in care and services.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
