Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will develop resident relationships, assess clinical condition, update care plans, administer medications, supervise care associates, and collaborate with the RN and providers.

Compensation starts at $32.00 per hour with evening and night shift differentials, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Maryland as an LPN.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition and notify providers as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in needs and conditions.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families in a timely, professional manner.
• Contribute to reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.
