The Mather in Tysons, VA is seeking a Lobby Receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests and to deliver exceptional concierge services. This full-time hourly role requires weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability.

Essential duties include managing keys, directing resident requests, coordinating transportation, and maintaining logs. The position emphasizes safety, service, and teamwork in a vibrant senior living community at The Mather.

Formación

• College or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with older adults.
• Willingness to be part of a self-directed team.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Manages secure storage and distribution of keys and key cards for concierge operations.
• Supports updates and distribution of directories, handbooks, safety procedures, and training materials.
• Addresses resident concerns, guides to solutions, and follows up for positive experiences.
• Manages system for receiving, recording, storing, and distributing packages.
• Coordinates concierge services including transportation reservations and resident app responses.
• Maintains logs and records of daily activities and incidents.
• Responds to emergencies, documents incidents, and communicates with teams.
• Ensures safety features like emergency pendants and building access are monitored.
• Oversees guest suite processes including reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing summaries.
• Coordinates with building services for overnight shifts and security.
• Identifies process improvements and participates in QA initiatives.
