We’re seeking a Service Attendant to join our team at The Mather Tysons in Tysons, Virginia. In this role, you’ll help create a seamless daily experience for residents by supporting Resident Engagement and Resident Services/Concierge through a wide range of hands‑on responsibilities—setting up and resetting rooms for programs and events (tables, chairs, furniture, décor/theme items), assisting with audio/visual set‑ups (movies, virtual meetings, presentations), completing room reservations and coordinating work orders, and responding promptly to radio requests. You’ll also support resident needs through well‑being checks and assistance with lockouts, while handling package and item delivery and serving as a back‑up to the concierge desk for break relief or unexpected coverage needs. Success in this role requires strong customer service, comfort using Microsoft Outlook, resident‑facing apps, and related work order/technology systems, and the ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast‑moving environment. This position is full‑time. Weeknight, weekend and holiday availability is required.
