Job summary

The Mather in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking a Service Attendant to help create welcoming experiences for residents by supporting events, prepping spaces, and assisting with AV setups. You will respond to resident requests, assist with lockouts, deliver packages, and coordinate room reservations using Outlook and the resident app, while staying organized across multiple priorities.

The role requires a high school graduate, comfort with MS Outlook and work order systems, and a hospitality mindset;

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Ability to utilize MS Outlook and work order software systems.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple demands on time and projects.
• Experience with hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset rooms for programs and events, including AV equipment.
• Assist residents with lockouts and well-being checks; address needs promptly.
• Carry and deliver items and packages.
• Coordinate room reservations and work orders using Outlook and the resident app.
• Respond to radio requests needing immediate attention.
• Back-up concierge desk coverage during breaks or emergencies.
• Assist Resident Engagement with special events.
• Set up audio/visual for movies, virtual meetings and presentations.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in QA/process improvements.
