Job summary

The Mather in Tysons is seeking a full-time Lobby Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, delivering a warm welcome and concierge services while helping maintain a safe lobby.

This role offers an hourly wage range of $20.50-$23.50 and a comprehensive benefits package; eligible team members enjoy PTO, retirement plan, parking, and wellness support. Availability includes weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.
• Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.
• Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.
• Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Demonstrate “Nextraordinary” service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner at the front desk.
• Coordinate concierge requests and provide information to residents and families.
• Monitor lobby for safety and security to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with transportation coordination for residents as needed.
• Support updating directories and safety documents as part of administrative duties.
