Job summary

Pomeroy Living Corporation seeks a motivated Leasing Assistant to support the Leasing Director in driving occupancy growth at our premier assisted living community. You will manage the admissions process, prepare and organize paperwork, assist with resident move-ins, and provide welcoming tours to prospective residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the admissions process and organize admission paperwork.
• Help with resident move-in coordination and ensure a smooth transition for families.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and coordinate presentations and outreach.
