Strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate after-hours tours and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Admissions Process Support: Assist in managing the admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents and their families.
• Referral Source Management: Maintain and develop relationships with referral sources, providing information and marketing materials as needed.
• Community Tours & Lead Management: Conduct engaging and informative tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
• Assist the Leasing Director in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, public relations, advertising, and outreach programs.
