Job summary

Pomeroy Living Rochester Independent in Michigan is seeking a motivated Leasing Assistant to support the Leasing Director in driving occupancy growth by managing the admissions process, cultivating referral sources, and providing exceptional tours to prospective residents and their families. You will help maintain a welcoming community experience.

Responsibilities include processing admissions paperwork, scheduling and coordinating tours, maintaining the lead CRM, and assisting with marketing

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate after-hours tours and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Admissions Process Support: assist in managing the admissions process for a smooth experience for residents and families.
Referral Source Management: maintain relationships with referral sources and coordinate presentations.
Community Tours & Lead Management: conduct engaging tours and manage lead database with timely follow-up.
Assist the Leasing Director in marketing strategies, PR, advertising, and outreach programs.
