Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a leasing professional to lease apartments, achieve move-in goals, and maintain a positive image with residents, referral sources, and staff. You will respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and drive occupancy targets in a supportive senior living community.

The role emphasizes outreach, relationship-building with families and care providers, and accurate sales reporting while protecting confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in senior housing is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing communicator capable of coordinating with residents, families and staff.
• Motivated to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new software.

Responsibilities

• Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy.
• Respond and follow up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.
• Participate in the community outreach program to generate referrals to reach sales goals.
• Report all sales activity to supervisor daily.
• Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.
• Treat each inquiry with value.
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
