The role involves guiding tours, answering inquiries, coordinating assessments, and ensuring accurate records with a commitment to exceptional customer service for seniors and their families. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least three years experience in Health Care Sales/marketing/Insurance; managed care/insurance preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families.
• Answer inquiries about the facility's services, amenities, and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct resident assessments.
• Coordinate the admissions process, including completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
• Provide excellent customer service to all inquiries.
