Job summary

Responsibilities include scratch-made meal prep, station setup, and maintaining cleanliness, with use of computerized systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prior cooking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Experience delivering meals that meet dietary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh meals using recipes for residents per menus and dietary needs.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen items to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise dietary staff when manager is unavailable.
• Set up service stations and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Utilize computerized systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in service.
