Cogir Senior Living in Charlotte, NC seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead resident-facing operations, including reception, dining, and housekeeping. You will partner with the Executive Director to ensure a welcoming environment and high service standards.

You will recruit and train staff, maintain quality across reception and dining, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires flexible shifts and a commitment to exceptional resident and family experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Serve Safe/ Food Handler Card or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years in retirement housing or hospitality, leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site executive and main liaison for staff, residents, prospects, and the public.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents, proactively solving problems.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and licenses meet regulations.
• Supervise concierge, housekeeping, and dining staff, ensuring training and morale.
• Oversee dining services and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with housekeeping and waitstaff duties as needed.
• Foster stability and dignity for residents.
• Maintain buildings and conduct inspections and maintenance.
• Participate in on-site sales activities and events.
• Manage front desk operations and phones.
• Be flexible to step into different roles as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and Cogir standards.
