You will manage staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with staff, residents, providers, and families.

The role requires guiding the Resident Care Program, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in a senior living operation.
• Experience with resident rights regulations.
• Knowledge of budget management and financial planning.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site executive for all operations, serving staff, residents, and stakeholders.
• Supervise and motivate department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Lead development and execution of community sales and operations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and support Resident Care Program by coordinating with clinical leadership.
• Manage the community budget and cash flow; monitor variances and deficits.
• Provide proactive leadership to staff and residents and resolve issues.
• Serve as main contact for Cogir Senior Living corporate staff.
• Maintain departmental policies, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Review hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions with focus on retention of quality personnel.
• Oversee building grounds and preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
