Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead on-site operations at our North Carolina community. You will oversee reception, dining services, and housekeeping, partnering with the Executive Director to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and families while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retirement housing or hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Food handler/Serve Safe certific. or ability to obtain.
• Experience in retirement housing or hospitality leadership is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception, dining, and housekeeping operations.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain resident and family relationships.
• Support on-site sales activities and tours as needed.
• Manage front desk operations and phone coverage.
• Maintain departmental policies and licenses in line with standards.
• Foster a positive, cooperative team environment.
