Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction, with full P&L responsibility and executive leadership across all services.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, senior living, or healthcare management.
• Regulatory compliance, survey readiness, quality outcomes, employee engagement, census development, and financial performance.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of employment and must remain in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, gerontology, nursing, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across all applicable programs.
• Drive quality outcomes and resident/family satisfaction through strong leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining community relationships.
