Cogir Senior Living seeks a Hospitality Manager to oversee reception, dining services and housekeeping within our resident-focused community. You will lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents and families.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-site executive, main contact for staff, residents, prospects, and partners.
• Provide leadership, solve problems, and address issues promptly.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and licenses in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise concierge, housekeeping, and dining staff; ensure training and morale.
• Oversee dining services and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with housekeeping and waitstaff duties as needed.
• Foster an atmosphere of stability and dignity for residents.
• Maintain buildings and grounds; participate in preventative maintenance.
• Participate in on-site sales activities and tours.
• Manage front desk and answer phones as needed.
• Be flexible to step into various roles within the community.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Cogir standards.
