Job summary

Northglenn is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to build relationships and drive referrals for its senior living community. You will plan and execute sales and marketing programs, manage the sales process, and aim to maximize occupancy while meeting budgets and targets.

You will conduct tours, coordinate community outreach events, develop strategic plans, and partner with local providers to promote leasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a senior living community industry (preferred); proven knowledge of sales and marketing strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and marketing activities to convert leads and achieve move-ins.
• Lead marketing plans and community outreach to promote leasing.
• Conduct tours of the community and maintain lead documentation.
• Oversee budget adherence and occupancy targets.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and local organizations.
• Supervise sales and marketing staff, including hiring and training.
