Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for a Senior Living community in Denver, CO. You will lead marketing efforts to generate leads, manage transitions, and partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to meet occupancy targets.

You will create events, build relationships with organizations, and guide prospects through tours and follow-ups to convert inquiries into new residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
