• Develops, manages, and monitors new leasing campaigns.
• Researches, writes, and develops Creative Follow-up to connect and advance the sales process.
• Maintains inventory of marketing materials and adheres to the Approved Budget.
• Conducts CRM research and analyses results as needed.
