Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Community Engagement Director to lead sales and marketing activities at the Riverchase community. You will generate leads, convert inquiries to move-ins, and implement Phoenix sales systems while building external referrals and internal collaboration.

You will manage the sales budget, track performance, and present data-driven insights to the Executive Director and regional team. A background in senior housing is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 3–5 years sales/marketing experience.
• Experience with seniors or elderly in paid/volunteer roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & marketing duties at community level; generate leads and convert to move-ins.
• Prepare and submit invoices; manage department budget and expenses.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead tracking and activity notes.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and productivity metrics to leadership.
• Conduct community tours; close new sales and support referral programs.
• Collaborate with regional/senior operations on strategy and execution.
