Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to lead outreach, build referrals, and drive occupancy growth across our communities. You will manage leads, conduct tours, and partner with regional teams to implement marketing plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in relational sales, a solid marketing mindset, and proficiency with CRM software including Yardi.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years in relational sales, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong team leadership and collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and execute the annual marketing plan with input from leadership and corporate teams.
• Develop and manage the lead base, responding to inquiries and guiding prospects through tours.
• Maintain occupancy targets and revenue through effective outreach and lead management.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team; maintain high resident satisfaction.
