Job summary

The Bungalows At Riverchase in Springfield, MO seeks a Community Engagement Director to lead sales, marketing, and community relations at the site. You will execute sales plans, nurture referrals, and manage relationships with prospective residents and their families.

You will maintain CRM records, analyze market activity, and collaborate with the regional team to drive occupancy and revenue for the community.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing.
• Experience working with the elderly and/or disabled in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and convert leads to move-ins.
• Maintain CRM lead tracking and ensure inquiries are entered.
• Prepare and complete Marketing Action Plans monthly.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents and families.
• Collaborate with regional sales team and corporate Marketing Support to maximize effectiveness.
