Job summary

The pearl at Watkins Centre is seeking a Community Engagement Director to drive sales and marketing at the community level, generating new leads, converting them to move-ins, and implementing Phoenix sales systems.

You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with regional teams on reporting, data management, and outreach. The role emphasizes outreach, referrals, and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing.
• Experience working with the elderly and/or disabled is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and convert leads to move-ins at the community level.
• Implement Phoenix sales systems and develop eternal business relationships to generate referrals.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales and marketing productivity reports.
• Maintain CRM lead tracking database and keep contact records current.
• Conduct bi-annual competitive market research and present data to regional teams.
• Meet monthly with sales team to review activity and SOPs.
