You will cultivate relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals, lead the sales process from inquiry to move-in, and ensure a seamless resident transition.

The role requires strong CRM and MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales experience in senior living is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives sustainable occupancy growth, optimizes revenue, and maintains a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations to expand market presence.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional customer experience while partnering with Operations to ensure apartment readiness and smooth resident transition.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, competitive activity, and market data to identify opportunities and improve conversion outcomes.
• Maintain a tour-ready community and accurate sales systems, ensuring CRM data integrity, forecasting, and sales reporting.
