Job summary

The Bungalows At Riverchase is seeking a Community Engagement Director to join their team. This role focuses on hands-on sales execution at the community level, generating new leads and converting them to move-ins, while implementing Phoenix sales systems and fostering referrals.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 3-5 years in sales and marketing.
• Experience working with elderly and/or disabled is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and convert leads to move-ins.
• Implement Phoenix sales systems and develop referrals.
• Submit invoices and manage department budget and expenses.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports and analysis.
• Maintain CRM lead tracking and data accuracy.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents and close sales.
• Promote resident referral programs and outreach for lead generation.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through targeted activities.
