Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for our Windemere, North Carolina community. The role provides front desk coverage, answers inquiries, assists residents and families, and ensures a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience and a High School diploma, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Weekend and night availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone, directing calls and inquiries as needed.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalated issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
