Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly welcome.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Order office supplies and handle light clerical work.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Process work orders and follow up for completion.
