Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or concierge role preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for seniors.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the right departments.
• Maintain a organized reception area that feels welcoming.
• Assist residents with scheduling appointments and transportation needs.
• Facilitate communication between residents, staff and families.
• Distribute mail and packages to residents promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate events and activities within the community.
• Handling filing, data entry and office supplies tasks.
• Provide assistance to residents with questions or concerns and promote engagement.
