Job summary

Eagle Senior Living in Titusville, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, guests, and visitors at the front desk and manage sign-in/out procedures. You will handle calls, assist with deliveries, and relay information to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year of related customer service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; manage front desk sign-in/out for guests and vendors.
• Answer and direct calls; inform residents or staff of arrivals, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests, referring to staff as needed.
• Provide marketing information to visitors.
• Support the Lifestyles team with event reservations and fee collection.
• Maintain resident database and phone lists.
