Eagle Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors at our community. You will greet people, manage front desk operations, answer phones, and coordinate sign-in/out for visitors and vendors.

You will handle resident requests, provide marketing information to visitors, support the Lifestyles Department with reservations and fee collection, and help maintain the resident information database and phone list.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist residents and visitors at the front desk and manage sign-in/out for guests and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls and inform residents or staff of deliveries.
• Accommodate resident requests and refer to other staff as needed.
• Provide marketing information to visitors.
• Assist Lifestyles Department with program reservations and fee collection.
• Maintain the resident information database and phone list.
