Eagle Senior Living in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. You will greet people, manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors, and handle phone calls with poise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors at the front desk.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls; inform residents or staff of arrivals.
• Accommodate resident requests, referring to other staff as needed.
• Provide marketing information to visitors.
• Assist the Lifestyles Department with program reservations and fee collection.
• Maintain and update the resident information database and phone list.
