Job summary

CIMA Senior Living in Cleburne, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead building maintenance for Woodcreek Bend. You will ensure a safe, functional environment for residents and staff.

You will plan preventive maintenance, supervise staff, manage vendors, and oversee HVAC, electrical, and emergency systems. This full-time role requires readiness for after-hours emergencies and contribution to facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar maintenance role.
• Advanced training in building systems preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and basic electrical/mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to keep residents and staff in a safe, functional environment.
• Plan preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff, manage vendors, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and support budget planning and renovations.
