CIMA Senior Living in Cleburne, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead building maintenance for Woodcreek Bend. You will ensure a safe, functional environment for residents and staff.

You will plan preventive maintenance, supervise staff, manage vendors, and oversee HVAC, electrical, and emergency systems. This full-time role requires readiness for after-hours emergencies and contribution to facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar maintenance role.
• Advanced training in building systems preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and basic electrical/mechanical skills.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations

What You'll Need:

• At least 5years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position
• Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED
