Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead and oversee the community’s physical environment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality of work. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and cost-conscious operations.

You’ll manage repairs, supervise contractors, and maintain records while upholding a professional, community-focused demeanor. A background in senior living or multifamily property management is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience as a Maintenance Director or similar leadership role in property management.
• Proficiency in painting, drywall repair, and standard power tools.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling, storage and disposal.
