Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Spartanburg, SC seeks an Executive Director to lead a vibrant community, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and solid financial performance.

You will oversee multiple departments and 3–5 supervisors, drive occupancy, mentor staff, build partnerships with families and local providers, and embody Cedarhurst's mission and values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; state licensure required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience; senior living experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including P&L, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage 3–5 supervisors and 30–50 staff across departments.
• Drive occupancy and sales growth, lead budget adherence, and ensure regulatory compliance.
