Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Logansport, IN is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Community with responsibility for strategic oversight, daily operations, and long-term performance.

You will drive resident care, occupancy growth, staff development, and regulatory compliance while building relationships with residents, families, and local partners.

This full-time role includes budget management, marketing initiatives, and oversight of multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of management experience preferred; senior living experience strongly desired.
• Applicable state licensure required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with accounting functions and basic financial oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/eHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including profit and loss, marketing, sales, compliance.
• Lead housekeeping and other department heads.
• Manage staffing and scheduling and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet budgets and occupancy goals.
• Lead marketing outreach and family engagement.
• Participate in ROAR meetings.
• Support employee development and performance evaluations.
