Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the community, ensuring staff and resident needs are met.
• Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets to meet service and financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with management, staff, residents, and families to promote occupancy and satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of associates to ensure high-quality service.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
