Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead community operations, associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute the business plan; manage budgets and improve performance to standards.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets, in collaboration with district teams.
• Recruit, train, and retain engaged staff; ensure appropriate staffing and development.
• Promote resident satisfaction and implement surveys to improve experience and engagement.
