Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the day-to-day running of a senior living community in California. You will lead resident care, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Responsibilities include developing the team, driving occupancy and revenue, coordinating with district leadership, and fostering an inclusive culture that delivers high-quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in administration or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations or resident services is required.
