Brookdale is seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee a large senior living community. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and a team of department leaders to deliver high-quality resident experiences.

The role emphasizes financial performance, occupancy growth, and strong relationships with staff, residents, and families. A Bachelor’s Degree and clinical compliance understanding are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid administrator license where required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large community and ensure resident engagement and financial performance.
• Develop and execute annual operating and capital budgets; manage performance against goals.
• Build relationships with management teams and empower department leaders to drive results.
• Drive sales and marketing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs and comply with legal requirements.
• Foster an inclusive community culture and high resident satisfaction.
