Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to manage all aspects of a community's performance. You will oversee staff, budgets, and resident care, while driving occupancy and revenue targets.

You will collaborate with sales, clinical leaders, and district teams to ensure compliant, high-quality services and an exceptional resident experience. A Bachelor's degree and leadership background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum of three years in operational leadership.
• Must have a valid administrator license where required and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytic skills and leadership to manage resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations within the community, coordinating with staff, residents, and families.
• Develops and executes annual operating and capital budgets; monitors performance against goals.
• Builds strong relationships with management and staff to promote teamwork and inclusive culture.
• Leads recruitment, training, and development of associates to meet resident needs.
• Strives for high resident satisfaction and occupancy, leveraging renewals and engagement programs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with sales leadership to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintains safety, facilities, and preventative maintenance standards.
