Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and manage overall performance. You will oversee care, sales, budgeting and regulatory compliance while developing high-performing leaders and fostering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong P&L discipline, customer relationship skills, strategic thinking and a passion for serving seniors.

Formación

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing performance
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
