Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a proven leader to oversee daily operations of a senior living community in the United States. The role focuses on resident care, dining, maintenance, and marketing to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families.

The leader will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service. A strong background in operational leadership and timely decision-making is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in operational leadership experience.
• Valid administrator license where required and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations, including resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan and budgets.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified associates; ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Represent the community to governing bodies, partners, and families; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
